What is LoveBarre?
Love Barre is for those that LOVE barre workouts! If you have never done a barre workout before, we will provide you an amazing experience that will keep you coming back for more. It’s a full body, low impact workout all done within 55 minutes. The class is a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga moves. Although, not to worry as you do not have to have any dance experience to fall in love with barre. Any level can attend these classes. Our instructors will guide you into modifications to address any level. You will leave class feeling energized and challenged. You should expect to take at least 5-10 classes before you start to see results.
The Love Barre method includes big and small moves. The big moves are meant to get your heart rate up as well as help your body to function at its optimal level. When you think about it, the way we move every day is about BIG moves…picking up your child, getting in and out of your car, yard work, getting up off the couch, etc… Everything we do is big. The small isometric moves are meant to build muscle in a low impact fashion. Not everyone wants to lift heavy weight to get toned. This method also focuses on a neutral spine versus being a tucked position as you might see in some barre classes. This will help protect your back and keep it healthy.
What Should I Wear?
You should wear comfortable clothes that cover your legs and mid-drift. You want to keep your muscles warm throughout class. So, we recommend leggings or capris with a tank top or short sleeved shirt that doesn’t rise up doing all kinds of different moves. We do require that you wear sticky socks in class. This is meant for you to not slip in class as well as to keep the studio sanitary and clean.

Founder and Lead Instructor
Love Barre was founded by Kristin Crawford. Kristin grew up dancing starting at the age of 3 and continued through her college years. After college, she went to work in the corporate world and left her love of dance behind. After having her daughter, she found fitness through yoga, weights, running, biking, and all things movement. She fell in love with learning about everything that has to do with the body. She took her first barre class in 2013 and couldn’t believe the results she saw and felt. She was amazed at how difficult it was using only small weights and body weight. After years of driving 20 minutes to the nearest barre class, she decided to open her own studio because she believes Round Rock deserves to have a high end boutique workout experience too! She wants to help people change their minds and their bodies to become the healthiest they can be and wants everyone to have a great quality of life their entire life.
Taylor fell in love with barre the moment she tired it. As a competitive figure skater growing up Taylor has been trained is various styles of workouts, and is trained in ballet. She is a student at the University of Texas and believes making time for fitness is the key to living a healthy, happy, and balanced life. She loves that Barre is a great workout, that uses lightweight, ballet inspired movements, and allows one to connect with their own body. Taylor wants to inspire others to overcome any obstacle in life.
